Christmas on the Exploits

Oh my Goodness!! I can't believe how long it's been since I made a post. Wow, guess being busy takes time away from other things. Hopefully after these next 2 months I'll be able to keep this blog updated. I just wanted to come on and make a quick post about the upcoming Craft Fair. Christmas on the Exploits is an Annual Craft/Trade Show. This year myself and Betty (Betty's Beaded Creations) will have a table. This fair is hosted by the Exploits Chamber of Commerce, CNVAS (Central Newfoundland Visual Arts Society), and the Northcliffe Drama Club. It will take place Nov 6th and 7th at the Beaumont Hamel Armoury. We both are very excited and have been preparing for this show since the being of the summer.

Hope to see lots of shoppers out to get a kick start into their Christmas shopping

Cheers :)

Iceberg Alley

What a breath-taking site Newfoundland is this time of year.

Sunday we drove to Twillingate/Durrell for a few hours and came upon these beautiful bergs close to shore. What an amazing site.

At the same time the caplin were rolling in. Trinity loved watching the little fish jump around on the rocks.

What a great trip we had. More images are available on my facebook group to view.

Baby Shower card ~ $4.50

This is a Baby Shower card I made for my mother who was invited to a shower. The feet are quilled with pink 1/8 wide paper, shaped, glued, and then attached with Mod Podge sealer.
It's been a while since I've updated. I am preparing now for Craft Fair which is keeping me busy and all the nice weather doesn't help. I hope to get back and update again soon.

Now with a few projects under my belt I will start posting one or 2 a week here. Look forward to many invitation samples, favor boxes, ceremony programs, and much much more. I am also designing a catalog of my work which will be availbale in the next few weeks and I hope to have on my website in a .pdf format.
